Here are a couple of recent APARS:

MA47096 - OSP-INCORROUT ABOVE MI SPECULATION FENCE CAPABILITY
SE69357 - Changes to QSYSINC SYNCSTG include for the above

No PTFs as of now.

I think this may be in response to the speculative processing exploits at the chip level.
