No. SQL can process files, not libraries. Do STRPDM > 2, for objects in library. Create User command e.g. DSPOBJD &L/&N (Parma) to outfile.
Shift function (n) key to repeat your command against all objects.
Do same with other library. SQL with exception and inner joins both files to get your results
