The source used by RDI on this LPAR is on NWS SSD in ASP02.
So why would the RSTLIBBRM to ASP01 have such a large impact on the RDI process?

As the man says: "Pay me now or Pay me later." In this case you saved
money at purchase time but pay every time you need to do disk I/O.

You wouldn't think 10K vs 15K drives would matter that much.
