DB is the right place; look under SQL DB monitors - it's in the vicinity of
SQL Plan Cache snapshots and the like (I am working from memory)

It's also available in the ACS product under the SQL Performance link I
think, or somewhere around there.

I've been using the ACS client a lot lately for SQL performance work, I've
almost managed to ditch Ops Navigator entirely
