I couldn't get an Update Access Key for our remaining Power 8.

From what I've read you click the help and it should get someone working

on it. I tried it and I got an email with a subject of
IBM Service Request: Service request 43309 999 000 has been updated - IP
Protection Hardware entitlement failure for Machine Type:8286, Machine
Serial:<redacted> for user email-address:<redacted>.com on Date
02-07-2018.

It came with a link (no redaction):
https://www.ibm.com/support/servicerequest/readPMR.action?pmrNum=43309&branch=999&retainCountryCode=000&srChannel=E&srFromAction=UPD

The link pulls up the usual search screen.
Search "by software request number"
prefilled in with the 43309 999 000
and a result of "No data was found for this display."

Their hardware tracking lacks. Big time.
