We wrote a simple CLP and Created a command - RESETUSER
1. Cannot reset *SECADM or *SECOFR profile
2. Logs all profile unlocks and / or password resets
3. Owned by QSECOFR and runs under *OWNER
4. Protected by Access List
5. Placed on Managers and above initial menus.
