Yes, but for me it only affects RDi PMR's.
RDi PMR's just have a link "Attach files to this request", which opens a dialogue with the error you describe. All other PMR's have Browse... button. The Browse button works.
I can't explain why. I just use ECURep for RDi PMR's.

I can no longer attach and upload files to a PMR.
Not sure if issue is our side or IBM side.
I get the same error with both FF and IE.
Anyone from the group having a similar issue.

This page has a content security policy that prevents it from being loaded in this way.
Firefox prevented this page from loading in this way because the page has a content security policy that disallows it.
