5733W90 Option 2 - *ERROR

I was successful upgrading from V7R1 to V7R3 on a Power 8 with one exception. 5733W90 Option 2, I have searched and do not see a straight forward fix. I have our WebFacing app WAS Express 8.5.5.13 with no issues. I would like to either remove W90 or get it installed correctly.
