APAR Error Description / Circumvention

Some field names in the ILE RPG include file for the QSQGNDDL
API (QSYSINC/QRPGLESRC file) were given different names in 7.2.

CORRECTION FOR APAR SE69399 :

The 7.1 field names have been added to the 7.2 and 7.3 versions
of the include file as alternate names.

CIRCUMVENTION FOR APAR SE69399 :

It last compiled on 7.1 without a problem.

Luckily, for this particular API, there is an official UDF that provides
the desired functionality ... but I'm kind of concerned that this might
happen with other API's that there isn't an alternative for.
