automatically make intelligent query decisions over. :-)
Honestly to resize that machine one wouldn't even try to determine the
growth between V4R3 and 7.3. One would simply try to figure out how many
disk arms you could afford. Well, there are those who would argue that
old of a system would suck so much that a single arm disk drive new system
could run rings around it, if that was all you were willing to spend money
on. They might even be right. It can sometimes be difficult to convince
someone they need 6 arms when they are only at 15% disk used with a single
drive. It's a serious paradigm shift.
Another factor would be the usual: What additional applications, etc are
you planning to add.
