Thanks for the reminder, Alan. I guarantee that, if this is the totality
of what is needed, I will be told to just use what I posted.
*However*, since this data comes from the outside, I've since determined
that I need to provide default values if the string date isn't valid, so
that the SQL doesn't abend. I'll review your iDate UDF to see if it
handles that.
