Yes, I did get Sophos turned off. I am the admin - 1-man department here. Still getting this error - have no idea yet what's blocking the socket.

Are you certain that you were able to turn off your anti-virus? We use Sophos here, and the ability to turn it off is disabled by the admins.

Otherwise, you may need to have your admins create an exception for acslaunch_win-64.exe in Sophos.
