In that case, just swap out ACTIVE_JOB_INFO and replace it with
HISTORY_LOG_INFO:

select from_job from table(qsys2.history_log_info()) x where message_id =
'CPF1164' and substr(message_tokens, 49, 2) <> X'0000'

Probably want to limit that a bit more, since most of those jobs won't be
valid anymore depending on your history log rotation
