I don't know that for sure, only that it was an issue.

It's likely in there if the command line is all you need, but I know I
could not find it on the GUI. At one point Larry also reported that the
support was not there, however Austin gave assurances they intended to put
it in. It might be there, if so fabulous, if not I'm not loading 9.x in
any customer that does not require it.

I have it running places and it's OK, HOWEVER, make sure the version you
pick supports IBM i hosting IBM i since I think you need that(if memory
serves me correctly). Aside from the idiotic changes they made to the UI,
that's the only real reason not to go there. 8.8.6 is on most machines
since it does support IBM i hosting. Maybe they finally added that
support, I've not looked in awhile but as I remember it that was the
biggest problem with HMC V9.
