As far as I know the only tool still being actively marketed is from Juggersoft (http://www.juggersoft.com <http://www.juggersoft.com/>) - while I have not had any personal experience with these tools for many, many years - for OPM RPG they did a decent job. The latest version of the tool can even recover RPG IV from observable programs although it may need some manual assistance.

Since we are talking OPM the debug information won't help much - only *LISTING view in ILE programs can really do anything for you.
