Levels are relayed which turn out to be from early 2017 but were
installed in a June time frame.

Note I did ask why i 7.1 and they throw their ERP vendor under the bus.
But further information reveals they are 4 versions behind on their ERP
software, so vendor gets a bus pass instead of tire tracks. Figures.
