RE: Upgrade process.

Oh, and do NOT try
CHGIPLA STRRSTD(*YES)
for this IPL or you'll just have to do another to get the INZSYS to run.
I tried that thinking I would do my post upgrade save after PTF's are on
and stuff. I still did, I just brought the whole system up and back down
into restricted state again.
