I'm not sure that I understand your question. I can't get past the
grammatical fumbling. It appears that some process just kicked off and was
relaying a lot of email.

Jobs ended about 2 minutes later.
No joblogs to check.
No PAL, LIC log entries
I found many old posts similar to this issue, going back to 2002, V5R1,
nothing current.
