Do you have the new feature enabled, (GUI only) Enabling Daylight Saving Time Automation, introduced into the product in R12M13?
If not, then these results are puzzling.

R12M141171017 But I have never seen Robot Schedule have an issue after a time change, and the only time Schedule is shut down is for PTFs and OS upgrades.
Also, this is simply the I version, not the "Enterprise" version.
