I've never seen that. Subsequent lines are always indented for me. I'd suggest checking your RDi settings.

By "prompt" I mean pressing the F4 key while editing CLLE code.

To me, the code it generates is overly verbose. It is also completely unindented. Unless we're not talking about the same "prompt".
