He already mentioned that he has to test the timestamp values.

If you don't care what the timestamp is, then I'd just use %scan. If it has to also be .csv, just use two %scans.

Even if you are not going to check the validity of the timestamp
*value*, if you care about the timestamp *format* (digits and
separators), then %SCAN won't capture that.
