Does the IBM version of the GenieLift have 'special tooling' to lift a rack-mountable gizzy?
You probably need a lift because of the 4TB of memory stuffed inside! All that silicon-- Rock solid?

Must be all that testing to be sure the tool still works after being

For the S914 (2U unit). They offer:
9009 EB3Z Lift tool GenieLift GL-8 $6,108
Now a quick search on the internet shows the exact same item at Northern
Tool for $1,350. Wish I could get those types of mark ups.
Why a 2U unit would need a Genie Lift, I'm not sure, but OK. I did use one
in Orlando to install a 4U P8 and expansion chassis, but I was alone and the
units went in very high in the rack. (The CE will need a ladder to change
out cards if need be)
