When trying to see if there is a 7.2 PTF matching a 7.3 PTF the following
link for "730 - V7R2M0 TO V7R3M0 FIX CROSS-REFERENCE SUMMARY" is always a
good place to start (and it works in this case also).
Search the following for SI66797

However, the matching 7.2 PTF makes no mention of stream files and perhaps
only matches other items fixed by that matching PTF. You could try it?

I REALLY can't see IBM adding stream file support for that. Thus this
diminishes my hopes for a 7.2 one also. Doesn't kill it, just diminishes
it.
