Let's say FOO runs this program. It creates the PDF file. FOO is a
member of BAR. So your program does a CHGOWN from FOO to BAR.
IDK if your program which changed the ownership had any profile swapping
involved but they may have been the case.
Now you try to zip it.
A) Were there any other messages in the joblog? Like why you got the
"error in opening"? Like, was it a security issue or did it think the
file was still open or locked perhaps?
B) Is the zip done as a separate job? Or under a different profile
handle?
