I thought ordering SF99731 would have ordered MF99204, evidently not.
Ordered MF99204.
From the cover letter, it appears Distribution Requisite (DISTREQ) SI66256 needs to be applied first.
This may be one of cases where you need two IPLs.

Yes, there is an MF99204, but no newer SF99727 (TR Group). Ok, so John the Baptist is out there making the way ready. Get MF99204 on now to be ready.

ILE CL source stored in IFS stream files can be compiled. The
SRCSTMF and INCDIR parameters have been added to the CRTCLMOD
and CRTBNDCL commands to give users the ability to tell the
compiler to compile from source stored in IFS stream files.
Also, the SRCSTMF parameter has been added to the INCLUDE
command to give users the ability to tell the ILE CL compiler to
embed another source file stored in IFS stream files.
