I can run an "lpq" from a DOS prompt on my PC, so I know LPD is running. SNDTCPSPLF completes successfully, just nothing prints. We see the same behavior for LPR or a 5250 printer session. Server-side it looks fine, but nothing ever prints.

Have them check to see if LPD service is running, then test with SNDTCPSPLF and it should work fine assuming the Windows printer is hooked to a Windows server.
