Go back to the individual who gave you the certificate to import. On the system, they used to generate the CSR, have them import the certificate if they have not already done so. Then they need to export the certificate with the private key. This will usually prompt them to create a passcode. You will need the new exported key pair and passcode to import to a different system. I use the .pfx format, which works to import a certificate where the request was originated from an IIS server, completed and then exported from the IIS server.

Subject: Import certificate without CSR

I know this topic has been discussed but whatever I am using to search is
failing.

I have a 7.3 system and have been provided a certificate.

Have successfully installed the Intermediates but when trying to install
the certificate the error is no matching CSR and no private key details
for the certificate.

I know I have done this before nut just can't find the details.
