Yeah I fought that battle with them 'some time ago' and got the same answer, effectively 'No number 5. Deal with it.'

Fortunately it's pretty simple. Once the upgrade completes and the command line is available simply go into LICPGM option 11 and select them. I expect you have them in an image catalog so it will find and load them quickly. This is a normal step in my upgrade process.
