Jack, this appears to be a TAA Tools command - have you gone to their
websit? I found links by googling for the command name. They document
their stuff pretty well on the 'Net.
I don't really know what "...defines *USE..." means - one of the hits
shows *USE as a special value in a parameter, just as it is everywhere
else that value is specified.
