We have to machines connected to our HMC. Normally I receive 2 emails for each machine weekly. One for 'Scheduled Transmission of Hardware Service Information' and One for 'Scheduled operational test from...'
For the last couple of weeks the 'Scheduled operational test' has been failing. "Reason: Connectivity failed" It looks like this does a Heartbeat check and a Inventory check????
The 'Scheduled Transmission of Hardware Service information ' is successful
Any ideas how to track down this issue or find any additional information regarding it.
