Thanks Vern, exactly what I needed.

I'm not comfortable in DLTLICPGM for a product that that is being replaced by another product, prior to doing the upgrade.
After wards, no problem.
If not deleted, will this cause upgrade issues?

You can see the libraries for LPPs using DSPSFWRSC and pressing F11.

LPP that are no longer supported are flagged, listing replacement LPPs, if available.
It is also suggested to DLTLICPGM for any LPP no longer supported.

Recovery: If the products are no longer needed, remove them with the DLTLICPGM command. If these products are still used, please refer to the IBM i Installation Guide and Memorandum to Users for the supported replacement steps.

I'd like to ensure that the LPPs that are going to be deleted are no longer being used.
Any suggestions on how to do this?

If I had list of libraries for each LPP, I could run a library/object usage, confirm any objects are being used, (if IBM marks their usage).
IBM does not mark all system objects usage.
