On our 7.1 system I am user class *PGMR with special authority *JOBCTL - I am able to query this view just fine.

I'm trying to find the minimum set of permissions to query this system

I can't seem to find that information anywhere. My Admin account, which I
thought had all permissions is not able to query this file.

Only qsecofr so far has the ability to query this file.
