Those LPPs do not track directly with the IBM i version. (I'm sure your
loading IBM i not i5/OS) ;-)

Yes you could use the same media but I would download it from ESS and the
correct version/release of IBM i anyway.

You already know to have the recent spin of the LIC and all new PTF groups.

Do I use the same media download that I used for V7R1 and V7R2?

It appears though, that these are no longer used, may simply remove from
system and not include in V7R3 upgrade.
