Hi Rob,

So you're saying the job picks up the CCSID from either the user profile or the SYSVAL and overrides the file setting? Makes sense, I still have these issues though:


1) Using SFTP, not FTP, so no ASCII command.

2) I tried changing the CCSID on the user profile to 00367, tells me 367 is not valid.

3) I tried changing the file with CHGPF, no error, but a DSPFD now shows 500 (It used to be 37). What the ..... ?

Is there some problem with 367 I'm not aware of? That should be the ASCII CCSID, correct?
