In their terminology it would be C10010xx.
Looking at the failing item code, FSPSPC1,

and follow these instructions

If the system hangs after the code that sent you to this procedure appears
in the control panel, perform these steps to reset the service processor.
Use the procedure that applies to the system on which you are working:
Systems with a physical control panel
Systems with a logical control panel

After a power failure while the IPL was being done in D mode, when I
connect the server to the power again, the code C100101A appears in the
panel, and after a while the server restarts and code C100101A appears
again, and it is stuck in this loop ... what should I do ?

In some surveys, I found that I should restart the service processor, but
I
have no idea how I can do this
