Subject: ADMIN Server won't start

I upgraded to V7R3 and was hoping to finally be able to logon to the
*ADMIN server.

After the upgrade, I applied the latest CUM and groups. I have 3 ADMIN
jobs running under QHTTPSVR subsystem, Same number of jobs after I end it
and restart it.

IBM I access client can't connect, says to strtcpsvr *Http *Admin. I
don't have any ADMIN3 or ADMIN 5 jobs running.

I'm looking for other PTF's before I call IBM. Any other ideas? Thanks
