Actually, I think I just realized my own answer. The problem is
not as I stated above -- the problem is that all the other platforms are
using the same user id to connect to the IBM i for their SQL connections.
So, the solution would be to use a different user id and let the user id
control what job description gets used. However, that doesn't solve our
case where we need to go "cross-tenant" in a single call.
