Thanks.
Based on that documentation, I've found that errlog has no entries
indicating full disk (a few network issues, etc)
and that
df -g
shows
Filesystem GB blocks Free %Used Iused %Iused Mounted on
/dev/hd4 1.00 0.64 36% 15021 9% /
/dev/hd2 6.50 1.23 82% 89749 22% /usr
/dev/hd9var 1.00 0.40 60% 9409 9% /var
/dev/hd3 5.00 4.92 2% 361 1% /tmp
/dev/VMLibrary 10.00 6.01 40% 5 1%
/var/vio/VMLibrary
/dev/hd1 10.00 5.71 43% 1127 1% /home
/dev/hd11admin 0.50 0.50 1% 5 1% /admin
/proc - - - - - /proc
/dev/hd10opt 2.50 1.51 40% 31596 8% /opt
/dev/livedump 0.50 0.50 1% 4 1%
/var/adm/ras/livedump
/ahafs - - - 40 1% /aha

which seems that one of these, /dev/hd2, may be approaching that 90%
warning. I would like to think that if it had stepped over that line
enough to alert the hmc then it would have logged into errlog.

So now we're at:
<snip>
The alert may be disregarded if there is no indication in the errlog of
the filesystem being full, and 'df -g' does not report the filesystem near
or past 90% Used.
</snip>
