Re: iACS Linux ODBC Instalation

When you unzip the IBMiAccess_v1r1_LinuxAP.zip it should have a readme.txt
in it. There's installation instructions in there. We don't have any
instructions on how to set up a DSN, though. It looks like Kevin Bucknam
already provided some DSN info. I'd say that you don't need to specify the
64-bit specific driver name, though it is unlikely anybody is running
32-bit Linux anymore.

For a list of keywords you can configure for the DSN, refer to this
knowledge center page:

Firstly let me state that Linux is by far not my strong suit.

I am trying to assist in setting up an ODBC connection from a Ubuntu
16.04
to a IBMi at V7R3

I have downloaded the Linux optional extensions from IBM ESS Site.

But I can't find any documentation either in the downloaded package or
Googling that says anything about ODBC

Would anyone have any links or doco that may assist ?
