PGMB does not return with LR.

I did press F11 on the Call stack to see Activation Groups. All programs
running under QILE with Control Boundary as Yes only for the first program.

I don't know this for sure, but is it possible that PGMB is being
initialized by the RPG runtime and that doesn't show any statements? Check
if PGMB is returning with LR on. Is PGMB in the same activation group as
PGMA? Building a new activation group takes time.
