The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
SNDPTFORD also has pre-set for various groups, in case you don't know the actual number.

Subject: Re: Install PTF Group
While I would agree it could be handy to have such an option on that menu it's so much easier than you make it sound.
Two general paths you can take.
1) Order the group on Fix Central for download as .bin image.
2) Download the images to your IFS
3) Add that image to an image catalog
4) Use the image catalog in option 8 of GO PTF or INSPTF command.
Second option
1) Order the group for direct download to your system with fix central or with SNDPTFORD.
2) Use *SERVICE in GO PTF Option 8 or INSPTF command.
In general do whatever you do with the CUME but instead of SF99vrm substitute the approrate group number for SF99vrm.
