Is there anyone else on this list you uses the TDClient software required by the Department of Education for secure file transfer? It is listed on this site
https://www.fsadownload.ed.gov/softedconnect.htm with a specific version for OS400 users. Their documents state they are compatible with V5R4 or V6.1+ but no mention of V7.x at all. We are running it on V7.1 but are going to V7.3 in the near future. This is one vendor who has not responded to our inquiries about compatibility with V7.3. Create date on the application is 10/03/2011 type is CPPLE compiled on V6R1M0 and appears to be observable.
