"IF" you have created the message queue QSYSMSG in QSYS it automatically
copies these messages there.
We don't disable user profiles as were not game for opening ourselves to
that Denial Of Service attack.

Here we get:
Subsystem QINTER varied off work station SCN7B78DA for user ISPRINGE.

BTW, I think you're looking for these two messages:
CPF1393 70 User profile &2 has been disabled.
CPF22E3 40 User profile &1 is disabled.

DSPLOG MSGID(CPF1393 CPF22E3)

But that only works if they've been disabled due to too many invalid sign
on's.
There are other message id's applicable to ANZPRFACT. Which basically
says disable them if they've not been used for x days.
