That looks to be the cause.

For me the last time this happened it was this.
http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=nas8N1021100 But it has happened before for various reasons. Best way to start is look at the job log.

Subject: navigator/dcm issues

I need to make some changes in the DCM on my production system,
however, I am unable to connect to navigator on this system.

I tried accessing from Access Client Solutions but get a message about
needing to start ADMIN server. I have ADMIN server running, however I
did
notice that on test box, I have

ADMIN
ADMIN
ADMIN
ADMIN1
ADMIN2
ADMIN3
ADMIN4
ADMIN5

But on Production ADMIN2 is not running.

If I simply try to connect via a URL, I get a 'Site can't be reached'
message.

I'm not sure how to diagnose or fix this issue.

Any help appreciated.

Mike
