The local host table appears as it was before.
TCP doesn't seem to be working, even just a bog standard socket run
from the command line that connects to a listener on the same i5.
Yet all the CFGTCP displays look just like those on the machines which
have not yet been upgraded.
Only thing that connects is a curl request using the curl Unix utility
I downloaded year ago.
