These are a tremendous add-on. At this time, this only supports what is called system time - there was a discussion in these lists a little while ago that IBM need to add the other kind of time - application or effective time, I think it's called. This is needed for price changes in a catalog and for effective dates in things like insurance policies.

There is a fine article in developerworks - sorry, I don't know the link - that describes the need for this.

Nevertheless, support for system time is a very cool thing - other than that extra disk space, right?   :)
