All Printer devices, those could be DEVD defined (CRTDEVPRT) or outq remote printer (LPR) created like CRTOUTQ RMTSYS(*INTNETADR)

this will list those created by CRTDEVPRT

SELECT * FROM TABLE(Qsys2.Object_Statistics('QSYS', '*DEVD'))
AS A where objattribute like '%PRT%' ;

for the others I have a WRKRMTWTR command @

I'm not aware of a SQL function to list out those types of outqs using the API QSPROUTQ
