HTTPAdmin is lost?

When I try to configure the web server in a freshly installed power 7 in
V7.3 I get this message:


No encontrado

El URL solicitado /HTTPAdmin no se ha encontrado en este servidor.

The same command works fine in our power 8 at V7.2

I am lost,
