No; it's a log file generated from a Java (specifically, from a webapp context running in Tomcat). Therefore NOBODY is editing or moving the files, and I have no control over their creation.

And I already said, the oflags are 16777217: O_TEXTDATA + O_READONLY. No additional parameters beyond the oflags.
