I uploaded a csv file with ftp to the IFS.
The file has CCSID 819.
The file contains an exclamation mark which is hex 21 in CCSID 819.
The file on IBM i correctly contains hex 21, according to the character
table this is indeed the exclamation mark.
However, when i display the file with green screen it shows a pipe symbol.
The green screen is set at CCSID 1140, the job CCSID is 500.
Why is CCSID 819 hex 21 displayed as a pipe symbol, instead of the
exclamation mark.
